We loved our stay here! Very homey and comfortable. Beautiful view and very very clean hot tub!!!

Loved our stay on the hill in Chittenango. Comfy space with high end furnishings. The hot tub was hot and view can't be beat. We turned off the deck lights to watch the entire field sparkling with fireflies from the hot tub one evening, magical! The beautiful cascading falls are a 1 minute drive. Less than 10 minutes to Cazenovia with shops and restaurants. Less than 20 minutes to Canastota and the boxing hall of fame. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to stay in. Highly recommend this lovely space and hope to return someday.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well-appointed. They left very nice baskets of toiletries and snacks for us as well. That was very much appreciated. Communication was great. The yard was perfect for our two dogs to run and play. We will be back for sure! 🙂

Amazing getaways for a peaceful mountainside view. The house itself was beautiful and felt like home away from home. Glenn and Lisa were spectacular host who were great at communicating with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

This was such an amazing stay. Felt so cozy and at home. We stayed the weekend with our two Goldens. Glenn Lisa and Candace were very helpful. We will be booking again for sure. The hot tub was hot when we arrived, fire place on, and bed was super cozy. As far as the views, wow blown away. Make sure to catch out the gorge three minutes up the road at the State Park. The cleanest host we have had so far on the app. If you are considering booking here just book now! You won’t regret it.

We chose this charming red barn apartment for our “eclipse getaway” because it was close to the totality zone without all the hassle of crowds and traffic. The apartment was even more aesthetically pleasing in person than the already appealing pictures! Plenty of space for two adults and two pups. Appreciated the bathroom amenities, snacks in the kitchen and welcome bottle of wine. The scenic sunset view from the immaculate hot tub was really something. It’s so quiet I could hear the rumble of the nearby waterfalls! A peaceful, well-appointed escape!

Host was responsive and very kind. Had an amazing stay. The tiny home has easy code door entry and great amenities. It was very cozy and perfect for a couples weekend out and the hot tub was an added plus!

Such a beautiful space with scenic surroundings and the privacy we experienced made for a very peaceful stay. The hot tub and wine provided was a great touch and provided my wife and I with a perfect night to end her birthday with. Hope to visit again sometime!

Our first time staying in a tiny home and Candace place did not disappoint very cute and cozy the place looked just like the pictures such peaceful stay Candace was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay would love to visit again!

This was a great little getaway! We brought our dog and the place was the perfect size for her to run around and enjoy the nature as well. The deck had a great view and the hot tub added to the experience of a peaceful trip. Glen and Lisa were attentive and all the items they had for us really made us feel welcomed and we look forward to coming here again!

Wonderful cabin with a comfortable furnishings close to the area we were visiting. Very nice to have a basket of extras including a bottle of wine.
Instructions were clear. Easy to get in and to leave.
We would highly recommend and would definitely stay at your property again.

Candace's place was literally the cutest, coziest, and CLEANEST place. It felt homey but also like we were the first people to ever stay there. That's how clean it was!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with gorgeous view from the deck. Hot tub was bonus!! Glenn and Lisa could not have been more responsive when there was a local Wi-Fi. outage. Glenn left his work and came to talk to us after he collected some info on the outage. He stayed connected with us via text until the local provider restored service. The milk house was adorable and well put together! Candace was wonderful to communicate in and allowed me to check in early. The hot tub was wonderful and private, great to relax at night. Loved all the history and the little details.

Beautiful space with all of the necessary creature comforts— the heated floors felt fantastic!! My girlfriend and I felt right at home and my 6’4 frame didn’t have any trouble with the small space. The stairs were steep and the ladder to the loft had a separation in the handrails so it wasn’t the easiest to access but use extra care and you won’t have an issue. We spent probably 2 hours in the hot tub; it was very private and a wonderful added touch for a cold, rainy night. You can tell they agonized over every detail to make the space great and the fit and finish was EXCELLENT! I sell real estate for a living and this was essentially a little stay for market research to explore tiny homes in detail. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend and now I want to build one for myself!! The ONLY thing I would change is the addition of an oven. A small gripe for an overnight stay. An air fryer was included and should do the trick for 99%. Thank you Candace!

Candace was a lovely host! The Milk Barn is a beautiful getaway for people and their partners to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Syracuse. Place was very, clean, cute and put together. The instructions were also informative on how to use everything like the hot tub, fire pit, etc. Honestly it inspires me to maybe purchase a tiny home for myself in the future.
Would definitely stay here in the future!

Such a fun stay in a Tiny House! Less than 3 miles from Green Lakes St Park - so nice to go and cool off on the hot weekend we were visiting. Super privite set-up and the property was very clean and well appointed. I would stay again.

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The spacious kitchen was great for food prep and family meals. The living room was cozy and comfortable, and the fireplace added to the ambiance. We would definitely return if in the area again!

I was only here for the weekend and it was a great stay. The area is quiet and scenic with some of the fall foliage still happening. Very useful amenities. The place is spacious for a group of people. There is beautiful waterfall close by in Chittenango Park. It was a nice little solo getaway from the congested life. I would love to stay here again and recommend this place, thank you!

Went to Wescott Theater and this place was right where we needed it. The place is cozy. Beautifully modern. Private. Relaxing and comfortable. Everything we needed Hot tub was perfect. Very satisfied with our stay.

This cozy little farmhouse was the perfect place for a little escape. The Christmas tree was a nice added touch during our stay over the holidays, and the view of Chittenango Falls at the bottom of the hill was beautiful!

The room was very clean and had lots of accommodations. The location is very quiet, private and relaxing with a beautiful view. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was very relaxing too.

We met the property owner who lived next door who was extremely nice and welcoming. All accommodations were beyond met. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I asked for the exact type because I need it in my home! lol. The area far exceeded our expectations. There are beautiful waterfalls and lakes with hiking trails and many places to swim. This is definitely a destination and home that we would visit again. We already have friends requesting the Airbnb information! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great stay the Valley View Cottage. It is surprisingly big, and the property is in beautiful condition. The yard was great, and it was great being within walking distance to the Cazenovia Area Trail Network. Chittenango Falls can be heard from the house. We would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! Pictures don’t do the view justice from the deck/hot tub. Probably the most quite/peaceful place I’ve ever been. My wife and I went here right after getting married and we couldn’t be more happy with this place. 10/10

My stay at Valley View Cottage was more amazing than I expected! The cottage is so beautiful and has everything you will ever need! They leave lots of goodies and toiletries and a nice bottle of wine! Everything is new and just so comfy and cozy! I stayed with my family and dog for a family wedding in the area, and they loved it as much as I do! I would definitely go back for a getaway when the time comes! The view is spectacular and you feel the peace and tranquility as soon as you get out of the car and breath in the great air! They also make everything easy for you from the beginning and I highly recommend staying here!

What an absolutely beautiful airbnb and an even better experience with the hosts! I rented the location for the weekend to use to photograph families at, and it was so perfect. The little details of having a bottle of wine ready, all different toiletries and then the picturesque view from the hot tub. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I stayed here while I was visiting home for the holidays and it was absolutely perfect! Felt like the perfect little getaway outside the city but only a 5/10 minute drive to all the Restaurants and shopping centers! The place was immaculately clean, thoughtfully built and decorated, with so many great personal touches. I loved the hot tub, and it was very clean and well maintained! I would stay here again whenever I’m home to visit, I will absolutely be booking here! Candace was so responsive, friendly, and made sure I had a great stay! 10/10 recommend this perfect tiny home getaway!

Had such a great stay for my 30th birthday! The tiny house was very modern, yet cabin like at the same time. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Only took us 10 minutes to get to downtown and 10 minutes to get to green lakes state park. Candace was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and you can tell a lot of love went into remodeling the home. 10/10 recommend.

It was also great being so close to the falls. What a wonderful nature walk.
